Myself and 2 friends asked KP of Nepal Nirvana Trails to organise 5 day trek in the Annapurna region including Poon Hill from Kathmandu. It was the 2nd time have have used Nepal Nirvana Trails as we were so happy with them before - the team did not let us down. We took a private jeep to Pokhara from Kathmadu (allow for the fact that this takes a full day) and flew back. Having just done the 3 Passe trek we wanted something lower altitude and more relaxing. The 5 day Poon Hill trek was perfect, beautiful rhododendron forests, enchanting trails and incredible views of the South Annapurna Range. Once again Bhiaras out guide was exceptional, we didn't need to worry about a thing, he knew we preferred to stay and eat in quieter places and that's what we did. Bharit our porter was fantastic, always smiling, he took all the strain out of our trek which enabled us to chill and recover from our previoys exertions. What a fantastic way to prepare for our return home. Thank you KP, Bhairas, Bharit and the whole Nepal Nirvana Trail team, I can't recommend you enough. Namaste 🙏.

I booked onto the 8 day Langtang trek with KP with the personal guide, Jangbu, who had been recommended to me by another person staying at my hostel in Kathmandu. Jangbu went above and beyond to make my trip comfortable - for example, he bought apple and pomegranate out of his own money, carried them in his bag and made me a fruit salad every night of the trip with my evening meal. This brought me so much comfort - particularly on the more challenging days. He is an excellent listener - to both nature and the needs of clients. I really enjoyed spending time chilling in the kitchen with him and the other guides in the tea houses. It felt like being with family. I also felt like he understood well when I needed to spend time on my own. When I was struggling with the altitude, he brought me soup and tea to my room and knew exactly what to do and although I felt fear about my well-being, I also felt safe in his care. He also took me on a longer route on the last day as he understood my love of nature and wanted to show me the more quiet trail which I absolutely loved! I recommend him as a guide to everyone! It was an honour to meet him… what a special soul! I am eternally grateful for such an incredible and unforgettable experience in the mountains. 🌟🌳😎

Just got back from the 19 day 3 Passes with EBC trek with 2 friends, Bhiaris our brilliant guide and 2 amazing porters Lapa and Bala. We have had a fantastic time, although it was probably the hardest thing I've done.
The trip was organised seamlessly by KP, the itinerary was flexible and comprehensive. Our guide was fully trained and very knowledgable, he kept us safe and informed always. Our porters not just carried our bags but also helped and encouraged us, at times, when it was really tough , going ahead dropping their bags and then coming back down to help with our day bags (walking up steep stuff at over 5000m is not easy). In summary, the whole Nepal Nirvana team has been fantastic, I am so pleased we found and used them. Highly reccomended. ❤️

Il trekking al campo base dell'Annapurna (ABC) in Nepal è stata un'avventura indimenticabile.
Partiti da Siwai, in tre giorni siamo arrivati al campo base godendoci panorami mozzafiato, dalla giungla alle cime innevate dell'himalaya, per poi riscendere nei successivi due giorni. La vista mattutina della catena dell'Annapurna è stata da togliere il fiato.
L'organizzazione è stata impeccabile. Le camere delle case da tè dove abbiamo soggiornato erano pulite ed accoglienti. Il cibo ottimo.
La nostra super guida Resham ci ha supportato durante tutti i cinque giorni, indicandoci il tragitto giornaliero, assistendoci durante i momenti di pausa e soprattutto dandoci forza nei momenti più duri (il trekking a tratti risulta impegnativo). Anche il portatore PraJil ha svolto un lavoro egregio.

Booked the Annapurna Base Camp trek through KP. Firstly, they can give you spare kit if you require it. This was a huge bonus as I, like many others, did not have adequate clothing for a trek.

The guide Raj was very attentive and so helpful. Always offering to carry my bag. If I come back to Nepal I'll be sure to book through Nepal Nirvana trekking again. Thanks KP! Richard

The Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek in Nepal was one of the most memorable experiences in my life. It was a good combination of experience and excitement, sometimes tough but often very exciting.

Our trek began in a lush bamboo jungle that took us through tea houses and stunning landscapes. As we ascended higher, the scenery changed dramatically from dense forest to icy Himalayas mountains. The tranquility and spirituality overwhelmed us as we reached higher viewpoints as we also witnessed the nature sculpture of Buddha on the mountain.

The trek was made more enjoyable with a very experienced, fun, and friendly tour guide (Dipak) and porter (Prajil). They provided helpful guidance on the terrain and suggested an appropriate walking pace to avoid altitude sickness and avalanches. They taught us to embrace mountain life and encouraged us to take things 1 step at a time with their favorite motto “EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY”.

The 5 days trek brought us through four seasons in just a day. We started from a hot spring at a lower elevation and ended in the snow at over 4000m. The rewarding views of the Annapurna range were aesthetically stunning - from Machapuchare's fishtail summit to the graceful slopes of Annapurna South. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp at over 4100m was a dream come true for all of us.

While the trek was physically demanding, the life-changing experience of being immersed in the Himalayas made every step worthwhile.

I had such an amazing time trekking in the mountains! My guide Raj was exceptional, and made the experience completely unforgettable.

Nepal Nirvana are a wonderful company, who were faultless in organising all the logistics, including booking the accommodation, organising all the meals and making sure you don't get lost in the mountain!

KP was also excellent and found a trek which was best suited to my fitness levels, timescale and price constraints. They do everything they can to make sure your trekking experience is right for you and do not push you to spend more than you can afford.

Overall, I want to say a big thank you to Raj for being a wonderful trekking partner for my week in the mountains. I learnt so much about Nepalese culture thanks to him, and I would highly recommend him for anybody else looking to hike in the mountains!
