Terrain and Altitude is the common and inescapable difficulty during the trek to Everest Base Camp. We will have to walk on the rugged, unpaved, and steep ascend and descent. Those types of roads can result in difficulty in walking for inexperienced trekkers. Altitude is another major threat during the trek of Everest Base Camp. Your walk ascends from 2100 meters to 5600 meters altitude in the space of one week or so, that's why we always warn about your health and altitude adaptability.
