Three hours by bus from Kathmandu will take you to the beginning point of the raft, Charaudi. Your Trisuli river rafting begins after your guide has given you trip information. This section is ideal for white water rafting since it has a lot of rapids. After rafting for two hours, we stop for lunch then rafting again begins, for more than two-three hours. After white water rafting in the Trishuli River, you can catch the local bus to either Pokhara, Chitwan, or back to Kathmandu.
