Given the high altitude of this trek, there are possibilities of altitude sickness. At the same time, our Annapurna Circuit with Tilicho Lake itinerary has adequate rest days, and the trail ascends gradually, giving plenty of time to the trekkers to adjust to the elevation.

We cannot promise you an altitude sickness-free Annapurna Circuit Tilicho Lake trek because everybody reacts differently at high altitudes. However, we can guarantee you the best team who can properly deal with any adverse situation and give you full support on the way.

Be careful of these symptoms; bad headache, breathing issues, insomnia, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, etc. Keep yourself hydrated and eat nutritious food while trekking. Do not rush and take 8 hours of sleep to maintain your energy.

Amazing Annapurna Circuit + Tilicho Lake

I booked Annapurna Circuit + Tilicho Lake with Raju as my guide and Nabaraj as my porter.
The trek was wonderful, starting at lower areas and gradually increasing in altitude. Reaching Tilicho Lake was tough, but 100% worth the effort. Unfortunately, from there I started to feel unwell, so we couldn't continue through Thorong La. But they made sure I was safe, were super flexible and adjusted the itinerary for me so that we were still able to do the last part of the trek, which was absolutely beautiful!
Oh and Raju taught me a bit of Nepali on the way 🇳🇵

    Dear Sarah, Namaste!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful time on the Annapurna Circuit + Tilicho Lake trek. It's great to know that Raju and Nabaraj took such good care of you and helped adjust the itinerary to ensure your safety and comfort.
It’s lovely to hear that Raju also shared a bit of Nepali with you along the way! We look forward to welcoming you on another adventure in the future.
