The trail will further move ahead through the rocky pathway to Tengboche. You will be able to have a partial view of the Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse mountains. Tengboche accommodates thousands of tourists daily and offers recreational value for tourists. Tengboche monastery, built in 1923 AD, is the largest monastery in the Khumbu region.
You will take a step back down the hill from Tengboche to Monjo. Monjo is a beautiful village that lies just north of Phakding. Monjo is the alternative stopping point of Phakding, and it is the major stopping point of our Everest Panorama Trek itinerary. The Monjo village adorned with cultural importance has a lot of lodges and guesthouses built in a way that shows the ancient and modern culture of the Khumbu region.

In the Saturday market, you can get ancient and modern goods according to your preferences and essentials at low cost than usual.
