There are numerous ascends and descends through dense forests and rough paths. You will also come across a few steep sections while trekking.

Likewise, the trekker has to be able to walk 6 to 7 hours a day with a day pack. Therefore, good health and stamina are essential for Langtang Valley Trek 11 Days. The trek is doable and advised for beginners.

Altitude Sickness

You will be touching almost 5,000 meters during the Langtang Valley Trek. This means the trek does possess risks of altitude sickness. Some early symptoms of altitude sickness are:

  • loss of breath
  • vomiting
  • insomnia

  • dizziness

If you see any of the above symptoms take a rest and drop down to a lower altitude. Inform the trek guide. He will help you with it. Some preventive measures of altitude sickness are mentioned below:

  • Never gain more than 500 meters in a day. The golden rule is to climb high, sleep low.

    Super agence

    Dear Mathilde, Namaste!
Thank you for your wonderful words. We appreciate you for choosing your multiple trips with us and are satisfied with our guide and services. We hope to see you again for more adventures.
    Best Regards,
Kp Dhital and Nepal Nirvana Trails Team.

    Lifetime adventure to Langtang

We had an amazing experience trekking to Langtang with a guide! KP was very professional in recommending and organising the most suitable trekking for us according to our preferences - discovering the local culture on a not too long trekking as we are not too experienced at an affordable price :)
The whole trip was well organised, food was delicious, our guide made sure we always have a nice room, and the landscapes and people were magical! Our guide was very caring, knowledgeable about the region and the people/tea houses throughout the way. It is great value for money (and KP was super fair when it comes to pricing!!). We had a beautiful lifetime adventure so I fully recommend Nepal Nirvana Trails and their team for your next Nepal adventure!!

    Dear Leslie, Namaste!
We appreciate you for choosing us for your Langtang trek. Thank you for the recommendations. We are glad that your experience was wonderful and wish to see you again for more adventures.
    Best Regards,
Kp Dhital and Nepal Nirvana Trails Team.
