I first met KP and Bhairas in 2017 during my first trip to Nepal. When I found out KP had opened a family business there was no doubt that Nepal Nirvana was the company to use for our Everest Base Camp trek. 
I wanted a customized itinerary for our specific dates and a slightly increased level of comfort (when compared to the basic option but more affordable than the luxury option) as we were trekking in winter. KP was very responsive and come up with a great itinerary. We were met my Vishal at the airport and had a really useful pre-trip meeting with KP and Bhairas. The inclusions in this trip are excellent and the package was value for money.
Bhairas treated us like family on the trip. He is an excellent, experienced guide. Bhairas was so knowledgeable about the mountains, the culture and religion of the area and altitude. He would regularly check on how we were feeling and adjusting to the altitude. He made sure that we were comfortable in the tea houses and had enough to eat.
I really recommend Nepal Nirvana and I will be using them for my future trips to this beautiful country.

Trekked EBC during December 2022 with Nepal Nirvana Trails.
Despite the cold weather, Nepal Nirvana Trails did everything to make the trek as comfortable as possible. Much effort was put into ensuring the best tea houses were booked, including ensuring our gear was in order for the trek, and that every eventuality was catered for.
Our guide Bhairas was extremely experienced, caring and knowledgeable, setting the perfect tone throughout the hike and he made the trek as easy as it could be.
The inclusive nature of of the trekking package we booked (where most drinks and food are included) is a novel addition compared to other trekking companies, and provides further peace of mind during the trek.
I would certainly recommend and use Nepal Nirvana Trails, and Bhairas as a guide, again.

My trip to Kanchenjunga with Bhim as my guide was just amazing. The service and organisation offered by KP is flexible, honest and experienced at the maximum. Also the solo trek to the south and north basecamp of Kanchenjunga itself was so special and just stunning. Highly recommended, especially with the team of KP and Bhim!

We completed the Annapurna Circuit over 15 days and we had the most incredible experience!!! KP was wonderful and planned out the trip for us which helped the whole trip go so smoothly. Our guide, Ngima was amazing; we learnt a lot about Nepalese culture from him, he was always so patient and loving. Prem our Porter had such a gentle kind nature and was always willing to help us out.

When we were looking for a Guiding company to do the Gokyo trek, we did many inquiries and KP and his teams were very quick to answer our questions and were so helpful to us when planning our trip.
We didn't want to go with a western company since it was way too expensive for us, especially with the flights prices from Canada. Also, we felt we couldn't tailor our trip like we wanted with these companies.
Nepal Nirvana Trails is a totally legit company ran by KP and his family, they have a nice office in Thamel and it's very easy to find. Not only did they helped us tailor our Gokyo trek like we wanted, they went above and beyond to helps us with any questions, transports, what to visit and such for the rest of our trip.
KP kept in touch with us for the whole duration of our 35 days trip in Nepal, just to make sure we enjoyed our trip even if we only booked a Gokyo trek + Poon hill trek with him. He gave us advices on prices/transports for what we wanted to do around Pokhara and Chitwan and everything went so smooth.. it was a pleasure !
We did Gokyo trek+ Gokyo Ri via Renjola Pass trek and i was an incredible experience. We got very lucky because we had clear skies almost every days and the views were beautiful ! Our Guide Bhairas and our porter Lakpa did a wonderful job and we had a lot of fun with them !. I caught something during the trek and got sick with fever, Bhairas took care of me since we didn't bring enough medication and Lakpa took a bit more things to help me go throught Renjola Pass. It was a difficult day for me but it was worth it !
We didn't have to worry about permits, where to sleep or anything, they took care of everything and we enjoyed the peace of mind.
