Il trekking al campo base dell'Annapurna (ABC) in Nepal è stata un'avventura indimenticabile.
Partiti da Siwai, in tre giorni siamo arrivati al campo base godendoci panorami mozzafiato, dalla giungla alle cime innevate dell'himalaya, per poi riscendere nei successivi due giorni. La vista mattutina della catena dell'Annapurna è stata da togliere il fiato.
L'organizzazione è stata impeccabile. Le camere delle case da tè dove abbiamo soggiornato erano pulite ed accoglienti. Il cibo ottimo.
La nostra super guida Resham ci ha supportato durante tutti i cinque giorni, indicandoci il tragitto giornaliero, assistendoci durante i momenti di pausa e soprattutto dandoci forza nei momenti più duri (il trekking a tratti risulta impegnativo). Anche il portatore PraJil ha svolto un lavoro egregio.

Booked the Annapurna Base Camp trek through KP. Firstly, they can give you spare kit if you require it. This was a huge bonus as I, like many others, did not have adequate clothing for a trek.

The guide Raj was very attentive and so helpful. Always offering to carry my bag. If I come back to Nepal I'll be sure to book through Nepal Nirvana trekking again. Thanks KP! Richard

The Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek in Nepal was one of the most memorable experiences in my life. It was a good combination of experience and excitement, sometimes tough but often very exciting.

Our trek began in a lush bamboo jungle that took us through tea houses and stunning landscapes. As we ascended higher, the scenery changed dramatically from dense forest to icy Himalayas mountains. The tranquility and spirituality overwhelmed us as we reached higher viewpoints as we also witnessed the nature sculpture of Buddha on the mountain.

The trek was made more enjoyable with a very experienced, fun, and friendly tour guide (Dipak) and porter (Prajil). They provided helpful guidance on the terrain and suggested an appropriate walking pace to avoid altitude sickness and avalanches. They taught us to embrace mountain life and encouraged us to take things 1 step at a time with their favorite motto “EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY”.

The 5 days trek brought us through four seasons in just a day. We started from a hot spring at a lower elevation and ended in the snow at over 4000m. The rewarding views of the Annapurna range were aesthetically stunning - from Machapuchare's fishtail summit to the graceful slopes of Annapurna South. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp at over 4100m was a dream come true for all of us.

While the trek was physically demanding, the life-changing experience of being immersed in the Himalayas made every step worthwhile.

I had such an amazing time trekking in the mountains! My guide Raj was exceptional, and made the experience completely unforgettable.

Nepal Nirvana are a wonderful company, who were faultless in organising all the logistics, including booking the accommodation, organising all the meals and making sure you don't get lost in the mountain!

KP was also excellent and found a trek which was best suited to my fitness levels, timescale and price constraints. They do everything they can to make sure your trekking experience is right for you and do not push you to spend more than you can afford.

Overall, I want to say a big thank you to Raj for being a wonderful trekking partner for my week in the mountains. I learnt so much about Nepalese culture thanks to him, and I would highly recommend him for anybody else looking to hike in the mountains!

I booked the EBC trek with NEPAL NIRVANA TRAIL, my contact was KP, the owner, and the conversation was fluidly.. I was assured that everything will be OK and not to worry. All my questions were answered quickly. He made afford to organise my trek flawless, trying to know me better and my wishes.

DIPAK was the the one who stood by my side durig the whole trek. He gave me the feeling of being save and in good hands. I really didn't have to worry about anything. During the trek he was always a few steps away from me. Watching over me, showing me flora and fauna I would have missed, talking about the culture, mountains nature and habits of the Nepalese people. He has so many informations! The best is that he was always ready to laugh and joke. On the 3th day I decided to change my trek and go via Cho La Pass and Gokyo Lake, everything was immediately arranged without any problems :)
So, thank you DIPAK for being such a great person, for your support and understanding, for all the laughter and fun, for being such a great guide!

We had an amazing experience with Nepal Nirvana Trails. Our guide Jangbu was a legend
himself. The tour to Annapurna base camp was affordable and we had no issues.
I highly recommend this company!

I booked the EBC-Gokyo tour with Nepal Nirvana Trails and travel from march 10th to 23rd. KP was available and providing the best advices since the very first contact. My guide, Uttar, knew the Khumbu region really well, he taught me everything about the mountains and the local culture, showed me things my eyes would not have spotted such as flora an fauna, and most importantly ensured my safety all along the trip. Trekking from 2600m to 5600m is not without risk, and that’s why having such a professional tour operator and guide is so important. Uttar and myself were joined by another person and her guide - Dipak - who changed their itinerary, and we had so much fun all along. Once in Kathmandu, KP and Uttar even had a special attention for my birthday. Everything was perfect from A to Z and I would recommend trekking with Nepal Nirvana Trails a million times.

We (my boyfriend and I) are very grateful for this experience with Nirvana Trails run by KP and family - everything was very well organized from beginning to end and we absolutely recommend this family run business. It was our first time trekking in Nepal on the Manaslu Circuit Trek and we didn’t have to worry about anything. KP sent our bags to Pokhara and organized a nice accommodation for us and he even reviewed our clothes before the trek which was very helpful to us newbies.

KP approached us in our hostel in Kathmandu and to us Europeans this direct sales pitch can be a little overwhelming as we are not used to it - in our case we are happy we listened and booked our trek with Nirvana Trails.
We compared a couple of agencies and offers in Thamel and online and lastly, we felt KP was very straight forward and honest about the package and provided excellent service - what’s included/what’s not - what is the trek like (first two days partly on the road - no big deal really) and what kind of service/accommodation to expect in the mountains.
He also educated us on what to eat on the trek to cope well with the altitude - and some dos and fonts in the villages - this was very helpful. During the trek he also reached out and proactively asked how we were doing.

The equipment we rented from Nirvana (down jacket, sleeping bag, poles, mini spikes, ) was in a perfect state and kept us warm on the trek. If he has availability KP will make sure to provide you with good gear.

On the trek, our guide Raj and our porter, also Raj, did excellent jobs and provided us with great service - we felt pampered :).
Depending on the package you book you will get tea with every meal and even some fruits which is highly appreciated after a long day of trekking.
With our guide Raj we shared a lot of laughter - he is really funny while always making sure you feel good, healthy and safe - Raj connects easily to anybody and you can hear laughter from the kitchen in the tea houses when he is around. Raj was furthermore flexible and adjusted to our wishes and explained some local customs and things about flora and fauna.

Raj, our porter, was very attentive to us as well and our bags were always ready for us when we got to the accommodations - furthermore he would fix the trail on the spot if he deemed a passage too dangerous for us to pass.
