This firm is amazing!!!! I have been on several treks with different firms. This firm is by far the best. There Customer service is second to none. If your trekking Journey starts at 5 in morning they will have someone meet you to make sure everything goes smoothly. ( missing your bus is so early done if it’s your first time in Kathmandu lol ) Not only is there customer service good but the guides

We went to Subb Anpurna, me and my father (24,62) We had a really good experience Kp took care of everything from the moment we started until the moment we finished and arrived back in Kathmandu. He was in continuous contact with us and made sure to solve any problem that came up (and there always is) Deepak the guide and Raj the porter were lovely, they took care of us Everything and they made us feel really comfortable. We didn't have to deal with any administration, everything was sweet and organized. We are sure that if we go on more treks, we will close through them again.

A fantastic experience! We did the Three High Passes Trek with Island Peak and came back with loads of experience and good memories filled with joy & friendship.
KP and his team at Nepal Nirvana Trails made everything from the very first contact via e-mail to the summarizing meeting after the Trek inn Kathmandu to create a magnificient experience for us! Our guide, Uttar Tamang, was very professional and knowledgeable, but also personal and extremely flexible all the time- always with a smile on his face. Also the porter, Arts, always met with a smile, always willing to assist in any way we could imagine.
For different reason we hade to make some changes in the program while on the Trek, but the whole team always found solutions that not only cops with the changes, but also improved the itenary to fit in new interesting places to visit.
When summarizing the trip, we realize that we came home not only with magnificient mountain view memories, but with cultural, social, gastronomic and nature memories AND, not at least, with true friendship with the entire team at Nepal Nirvana Trails

I really enjoyed my trek in the Tsum Valley and the Manasly circuit with my guide Bir and my porter Dev. The views were amazing!!! I also had an excellent service from KP and his family to organize everything from the beginning to the end.

It all started with all flights getting cancelled due to the smog alert in Pokhara. Consequently this disrupted my 5 days trek to the Annapurna base camp. With various communications, the agency was able to work out contingency plans which can be stretched over 4 days as I had limited days in pokhara.

We were able to do the ABC in 4 days( they did advise it will be challenging but I felt it was quite easy)

Along with Prajil my trek guide we embarked on this journey. Prajil made things possible and very helpful. He made this journey hassle free. We were on the same beat and we finished the trek in less than 4 days.

We did the EBC with our guide Raj and the whole two weeks were truly amazing. Our guide Raj was very kind, helpful and patient with us, we could learn a lot from him about the culture of the different ethnic groups, history and nature. It was great to get to know him more closely and to be a part of Nepalese life a little.
The organization by the company was perfect, we couldn't have wished for better, they were very attentive and flexible, the best trekking company I can be sure of that. We are very grateful to KP and the entire company for everything that helped make our long-awaited dream come true.
We will never forget this experience!
