Nepal Nirvana are an extremely dependable trek partner for our EBC trip. Many people do not plan for additional buffer days as the flights to Lukla from Kathmandu can be very unpredictable for days at a stretch. There was a heavy rain in last week of September leading to lot of devastation to the routes. Nepal Nirvana led by their CEO, Kul Prasad (KP) gave us the right guidance on how to proceed about the trip despite so much of uncertainties. KP was also very flexible in the payment due to complexities with Indian rupee payment and availability of forex for a Nepal travel. Also we had to switch from airplane to helicopter for and return from Lukla. We were given sufficient time to pay the amount.
The best thing about KP is his immense contacts in the airline industry and in general the travel industry in Nepal that was useful due to changing schedule.
KP provides the right guidance based on his years of experience of conducting such treks. You can rely on his expert advice. The drivers, guides and porters in his team are also very good and customer centric. The choice of hotels/tea houses in the trek meets the comfort and value for money. Before the trek and during the trek, KP is always contactable on phone and Whatsapp and provides quick responses to the various queries that keep coming up as part of the preparation.
Nepal Nirvana also organized a good trip of Pokhara including Muktinath and also couple of days of Kathmandu local trip
All in all extremely pleased with the services of Nepal Nirvana and I will strongly advice using their services for any trip to Nepal especially EBC and ABC treks.

I had a great experience with Nepal Nirvana Trails from the start to finish. KP and his team were really amazing - responsive in advance of the trip, professional, helpful and also good fun on the hike. I should also add that KP was very flexible when I arrived my bags were still in Kuwait and he came up with a new plan/options very quickly to make sure I could still join the trip.
As a solo traveller, I joined a group small going to Annapurna Circuit. KP made sure I had all the information I needed in advance and while we were on the trip one of the girls unfortunately got really unwell at High Camp (before La Throng pass so at quite a high altitude). Our guide - Jang-bu - was great and with the support of KP back in Katmandu were able to get her to hospital very quickly. KP and his son were great help at the hospital too with the girls, as she was seriously unwell, yet also made sure I was comfortable on my own for the rest of my trip staying in touch regularly (the guide had to leave with to hospital the girls).
I’d definitely recommend this company and after meeting many different groups along the way, it seems they are also the best value for money and very flexible compared to others.

Mr. Lakpa, the guide, has an exquisite pace to climb, and Krishna, the porter, is kind. I'd like to ask you again next time.

Our guide Bhairas and the asstean guide Santosh, made for us an amazing trip. Bhairas has a lot of experience and know perfecto the mountains.
They take care of us in every moment, they hotels and food was very Nice.

The Annapurna Circuit Trek was incredible—the Himalayas speak for themselves. Besides that, the service provided by Bhairas and Santos (lead guide and assistant guide) was excellent. They constantly cared for us, making sure we were comfortable and, most importantly, safe. We received more than we expected. Highly recommended, the treatment was always very close and personal.
